Cheapest apartment complex I found in San Marcos. Nothing much to complain about I lived there for 2 years and things went smoothly! The landlords are always extremely helpful as well.

From Brooke the manager to Angel the maintenance professional and all of the tenants, amazing. Lived here for 2 years this time 2nd time to move to The Colony and everytime I need something fixed or help with the mail they were on top of it. I will miss the staff and other residents but bought a house and excited for the future. Loved that there were no issues with having 3 small dogs here also. Grateful to Brooke for allowing us to not choose like other places I had tried before. God Bless and The Colony was a great place to live!
