There is mold, roaches, and insects everywhere due to the high humidity in the neighborhood that attracts them all. You are in front of a swamp that attracts a vast spectrum of insects and a bar where you will occasionally hear people drunk screaming at night. Your apartment will come with roaches, gnats, spiders, palmettos, and wasps nesting above you. Maintenance is slow to respond to you. They are understaffed. The leasing agents only care about you leasing the apartment. Once you’ve leased the apartment and their commission money in their pockets, they completely ignore you. Your concerns are now irrelevant because you aren’t a walking money tree. You already fell into their marketing trap to sell you the apartment. They take forever to get back to you about even the most minor maintenance issues. There is no number to reach them at, so good luck getting in contact with them. There is no leasing office either. When you call the emergency maintenance line, you are met with chinese workers they hired because the company is too cheap to hire real employees. You can clearly tell that all of their workers are understaffed and underpaid. There are holes and cracks all over your apartment which makes perfect breeding grounds for the bug and mold infestations you’ll have to deal with. There is water damage all over the walls and the structure of the apartment that they just paint over. There aren’t any real reviews to reflect on what it was like living here. It is clear to me that the other review is a fake. Just look at her review history, she is leaving fake good reviews on all of their neighborhoods. The only good thing I will say is that it is a relatively quiet neighborhood, if your neighbors aren’t constantly screaming and making noise. There is no security line you can reach out to when the inevitable happens. So glad I left. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
