I've been living here for about 4 months and I absolutely love living at Modera Frisco Square! I want to give a personal shout out to the property Manager, Brooke! She has treated me with nothing but respect and she was a big reason why we moved here. The amenities are top notch (Golf simulator, dog wash, bike room, huge pool, etc.) But 1 thing that stands out is the management team. They are always responsive and very nice.

I recently attended my first ever resident event at my new apartment complex and I have to say I was completely blown away! Andrew & the rest of the leasing staff are truly second to none! The amount of attention to detail and effort put into this event was incredible! The property is well maintained, the amenities are awesome and I really love my unit. All of this to say thank you Modera Frisco Square Team, I am beyond impressed!
