I've waited three months to post it. I couldn't have found a better place to live for quiet and friendly neighbors , convenient location and security. I looked at many other apartment complexes before coming here and for several reasons I was not convinced. In my case, I was looking for a suitable place for a girl and a dog. I finally found it. Here, you can find trails, a creek (my Golden Rtv loves it) swimming pool area, gym, green areas, trees in abundance and other animals around. If you are looking for a natural place combined with great location, here's.

I’ve been living here…4 years? Honestly, I love it. It has its things-as every place does. When I first moved in, the valet trash people were awful and I felt the people who were in the front office at the time made a bunch of excuses for them (valet trash refused to take my trash, then ripped it open at my door step, prompting me to get security camera outside). There has been a staff change since and honestly the office is awesome now. I have some disabilities that I know make me stress over things more than necessary (TBI/OCD/anxiety). Despite my hardcore stress and not expressing myself properly at times, the people in the office have been professional and kind, always. Had an electrical issue this morning, called out of work fearing my apartment would burn down (OCD, yay) and didn’t hear back for two hours-I got snippy with them when I went in person as I felt they weren’t taking it seriously. I’m not proud of my abrasive behaviour this morning. I am sorry and I really appreciate the lady in the office getting someone out here as urgently as she could, as well as maintenance taking time to fix and explain the issue. I had a recent safety incident (won’t go into details for safety concerns) and maintenance came within 30 minutes to fix it. They were able to send maintenance within my required time frame (cat is a flight risk and I work 12 hour days) to change batteries in my coded door just last week. They really are on top of their stuff here 98% of the time and do take concerns seriously, I just need to calm down lol. We had a lot of issues in the past with mailboxes being broken into but I haven’t noticed that in over a year. I’ve heard people complain of partying, and I’ve seen a ton (20 from one apartment) of people leaving from a couple different upstairs neighbor’s places…currently and previously. I haven’t experienced the constant partying problem though—last upstairs neighbors did have a few but it was celebrations and happened maybe four times a year-annoying but not too bad. Big dog community, always people walking outside. The trails are to die for. Love them. Basketball/tennis court across the way…HEB and plenty of food nearby. My vet is down the street. My dermatologist is two minutes away. Lots of businesses and essentials around! I’ve never had an issue with packages being stolen at my doorstep…some neighbors did steal my trashcan, saying the office didn’t give them one…but I have a camera so I’m not worried about further incidents—and office is ok with camera as long as it doesn’t face inside anyone’s homes. It seems everyone is pretty respectful and looks out for each other. Cons: -The layout of this apartment is weird and makes it hard to place things but I’m also not an interior designer by any means. -SPIDER CRICKETS. These things are the bane of my existence. That’s the BIGGEST complaint I have here. I don’t get pesticide services bc my OCD makes me worried it’ll kill my cats even though they say it’s pet friendly—they came once and my cats were fine, im just paranoid. There are big tree roaches as well…if you’re living in the woods, it’s just gonna happen. Usually I see dead roaches (one every few months) and I’ll see two live ones in a week and then won’t see them again for months. -sometimes getting ahold of office is hard in person. There’s been times I drive up there and they’re closed early or have the sign saying they’ll be back by a certain time and still aren’t…or they won’t answer the phone/call back from voicemail. I hardly need the office- not sure if this is more coincidental than anything bc of that… they are still ten times better than other places I’ve lived! -Rent is expensive but lines up with the area and was a better deal (considering amenities, etc) than all other places when I moved in years ago. This is the longest I’ve renewed a lease, and it’s not because I hate moving lol! I highly recommend this complex and actually tell people all the time to move here. They have openings so hurry up!
