I have lived at summer grove once before, after leaving and coming back two years later, Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and the staff is always very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. also with the extremely relaxed and NOT at all toxic tow policy (there’s not one wohoo) i am very comfortable having guests come to my home to visit me knowing their vehicles have a safe place to park without worrying about tow trucks, parking passes/expiration times etc. overall a great little sunny horseshoe shaped complex in a great and surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

I continue to be so impressed with Summer Grove. We had some maintenance concerns over the weekend that were addressed first thing Monday morning. Jason is likely the maintenance supervisor or at least should be. He is kind, courteous and displays great attention to detail in all of his work. Of course being home I asked if he would look at a few things I needed help with and he graciously agreed. Thank you Summer Grove, Casey and Jason for continuing being the community I can rely on.
