Awesome cute & clean apartments right across from Digikey. Lots of travelers coming through here, since the landlord offers short leases. Pets accepted! Maintenance is always quick to fix things. Landlord is super nice & understanding. Also, theres LOTS of FREE goodies at the dumpster. I've furnished my entire apt off FREE stuff thrown away.

It's a fairly new building and they've already increased the rent & added utility charges. Meanwhile their parking lot remains as an unpaved dirt lot, full of holes, and not graded evenly with the street. Every other new apartment building on the street is paved, has bushes and trees, a proper sign, nicely colored siding w/ stonework, etc, all for a very similar price. While the interior is nice, they put no effort into the exterior. And the odds are high that you will have very unpleasant wall neighbors, cigarette smokers lingering in the parking lot and a marijuana smell in the hallway.
