I love how Bristol attempts to keep their properties upgraded with the same 'period' feel. I love old buildings and they are able to keep them modern without destroying the original character.

I've been a tenant for nearly 4 years at the same Bristol Equities apartment in NE Portland and have had a great experience. I was nervous about moving into an apartment after living in a detached home for many years, but the company has been very responsive to minimal maintenance issues and most of the neighbors are great. It's a small apartment complex and Bristol has been pretty hands off. The manager, Sue, is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Bristol, especially if you have pets; they're very welcoming to dogs.
