Cole Townhomes is a 36-unit townhouse complex located just south of Como Ave SE along Cole Avenue, about a mile and a half from the U of M East Bank campus. The townhomes are in a great location central to the SE Como, Marcy Holmes and Dinkytown neighborhoods of Minneapolis as well as Highway 280 and Saint Paul. They are large, three level homes that come with a garage stall and an outdoor parking space included in the rent.
