Decollage apartments is great. Everyone from the management team was very cordial and friendly with me - I had no issues with them at all and they were very upfront and direct with me. Whenever I have any issues with rent payments or just things with the apartment complex, I am replied to right away and the issue gets taken care of. The apartment complex itself is new, so every unit is clean and has new appliances. Parking is also at a reasonable price and there is guaranteed parking for tenants (which a lot of apartments in LA apparently don't have anymore...). I've seen a few homeless people around the neighborhood but then again it is LA, so they'll be anywhere. Good location, very close to Koreatown so there's a ton of food options. Central to Hollywood, culver city, DTLA. The complex itself is very quiet and calm. Overall I've had a great experience living here.

Amazing building. Amazing Manager. Manager Marissa has been an amazing and caring manager for my lease since day 1. I would definitely renew my lease. There is no other property in Koreatown that can beat the price that I pay with such large sf.

Be Careful - The Building is not ready, Jose and Cassandra are not trustworthy Just a caution to be very careful if you are on any deadline and/or desire quality Leasing agents and a property to rent from, this organization is not very organized and quite deceptive - The building is not ready, the leasing agent Jose tries to be nice guy but just seems he earns for someone to talk to and lacks any follow up, he has not made any attempt to call or return my text leading up to this review. We viewed the unit on 7/7 and was told the units were move in ready, despite the units not having a refrigerator, washer and dryer at the time of viewing but understanding as the building is being newly built. We asked for an 8/1 move in and was confirmed the following day, provided our credit information and was approved, they sent the web info to pay the holding despite, we paid immediately, sent renters insurance copy. Jose said he would send the lease within the week, but nothing happened, we went back a week later to measure the unit and was told again no worries on the lease by Jose and waited 2 weeks and followed up with Jose and Cassandra on when to expect the lease. We were redirect to Kassandra and begin conversing with her the week prior and expressed concerns over wanting the leasing and be able to order furniture to match our move, she assured us everything was fine and to go ahead and order furniture, we decided not to do that as our place was not yet confirmed, then via text Kassandra messages us 1 week before move in that the units at not available until 8/15. Kassandra told us to go ahead and order furniture and assured everything was fine, and instead of calling to convey the change in details and trying to offer a solution she cowardly sent a text and refuses to answer any of calls. We are now out of the holding deposit which was only $300 but wasted several weeks with these people and warn against feeling confident dealing with Jose and Kassandra.
