I toured with Alannah last week at The Boulders and had the best time. I will definitely be keeping this complex at the top of my list. The site was beautiful and well kept, the staff was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Definitely stop by the boulders if you’re looking for apartments in the Summerlin area.

Eddie did a great job giving the tour. Was very informative and thorough. I really liked the Heavenly Floorplan. Loved the community too. Good job overall!

My family moved in last month, and I am so pleased and grateful to have found this perfect place!!! Firstly, Eddie Castananeda was so professional and courteous. I was able to do everything online until move in day. Everything was clear, and they returned my emails right away which was a huge blessing for us since we moved out of our old place and into our new place on the same day. When I had an issue with my printer, Valerie was kind enough to print off the copies for me. The grounds have wonderful landscaping, nice walking paths for taking the dogs out or just getting out for a nice walk. There are 3 different pools with either a kitchen area for hosting parties, or gazebo for relaxing. Two have hot tubs that are nice to relax in, and a shower area to wash off the chlorine. There are plenty of nice comfortable fabric lounge chairs, with head rests. There are tons of trees, blooming flower bushes and grassy areas to enjoy the peaceful outdoors. The area is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. Its walking distance to Lone Mountain Park and Trail, Majestic Ballfields, and Police Memorial Park. All gorgeous places for walks, and hiking, and playing outside with the kids or exercise. The parks have pickleball and basketball courts and dog parks and playgrounds. All large and spacious! My favorite feature is the stunning breathtaking views. I am on the second floor, and my large balcony from my bedroom connects to the dining area with two sliding doors. Every sunrise and sunset are gorgeous views overlooking the entire valley! They have plenty of enclosed garbage dumpsters so trash isn't everywhere. My apartment is a three bedroom, and I adore it. Ive never been able to leave my blinds open before, but with the stunning views I barely close them. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the living area as well. The kitchen stove is electric with a flattop stove with is so amazingly easy to clean. Plenty of cabinet space too. My kids both have a window seat! Ive always wanted a house with window seats, and now my prayers have been answered. Each of our rooms are spacious enough for the bed, desk, dressers, and a sofa. The master has a nice walk in closet, my son's room has two sliding closets, and daughter has a sliding door closet both with mirrored doors. The bathtubs are huge and shower spacious so you don't feel cramped. The kids have a jack and jill bathroom, which is perfect for them. My patio is my sanctuary, where I have my plants and hummingbird feeder and cat tree for the cat to hang out. There is soft beige carpet throughout, and the entry area has space outside your door for a nice plant and chair. Maintenance comes right away if you have a problem, and actually fix the issues. They don't leave you hanging. They even encourage you to decorate it! I love that. It's close to the 215 freeway, Albertsons, Neighborhood Walmart and plenty of shops and restaurants. The schools are awesome, and the middle school is even elected as the Governors stem school! I could not have picked a more perfect place!!! Seriously, move here! You wont regret it!
