I had an amazing experience touring apartments with Ebony! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Ebony took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every detail. Her energy and passion for helping clients find the perfect home really stood out. I appreciated her thoroughness in explaining the amenities and different floor plans. If you’re looking for a fantastic tour experience, I highly recommend working with Ebony!

2/26/2025 I can’t believe how lucky I am to live here. Moving in was the best decision I’ve made, and I’ve never felt more blessed, healthy, and motivated in my life. Every day, I wake up feeling grateful to be part of this incredible community. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Ebony and Leslie made me feel welcome. Leslie provided the smoothest move-in experience I’ve ever had, and both of them have been a pleasure to work with. It’s clear that the people running this place genuinely care, and that level of professionalism and warmth makes all the difference. The property manager, Jose, and maintenance manager, Pete, have also been amazing. The maintenance team is on top of everything. When I moved in, my dryer wasn’t working—Leslie put in a work order, and by the time I woke up for my graveyard shift, it was already fixed. That kind of service speaks volumes. I actually look forward to paying rent at the top of the month, and I’ve never felt that way in my life. It feels good knowing my hard-earned money is going toward a place that’s well-run by people who deserve every bit of appreciation they get. The amenities are fantastic, the security is top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is unbeatable. The building is so well-secured that getting deliveries can be a little tricky, but honestly, that’s a small trade-off for the peace of mind it provides. If I weren’t on a graveyard schedule, it wouldn’t even be an issue. A couple of friendly asks for anyone new moving in—if you use the gym, put the equipment back where you found it (being lazy in the gym is wild), and maybe don’t smoke under your smoke detector because that thing is LOUD. Haha. Other than that, this place is pure heaven. I genuinely love living here and can’t recommend it enough. Huge thanks to Ebony, Leslie, Carla, and Jose for making this such an incredible place to call home. Whoever’s reading this—I hope you have an amazing, happy life! 💞
