I can’t believe how lucky I am to live here. Moving in was the best decision I’ve made, and I’ve never felt more blessed, healthy, and motivated in my life. Every day, I wake up feeling grateful to be part of this incredible community.
From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Ebony and Leslie made me feel welcome. Leslie provided the smoothest move-in experience I’ve ever had, and both of them have been a pleasure to work with. It’s clear that the people running this place genuinely care, and that level of professionalism and warmth makes all the difference.
The property manager, Jose, and maintenance manager, Pete, have also been amazing. The maintenance team is on top of everything. When I moved in, my dryer wasn’t working—Leslie put in a work order, and by the time I woke up for my graveyard shift, it was already fixed. That kind of service speaks volumes.
I actually look forward to paying rent at the top of the month, and I’ve never felt that way in my life. It feels good knowing my hard-earned money is going toward a place that’s well-run by people who deserve every bit of appreciation they get.
The amenities are fantastic, the security is top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is unbeatable. The building is so well-secured that getting deliveries can be a little tricky, but honestly, that’s a small trade-off for the peace of mind it provides. If I weren’t on a graveyard schedule, it wouldn’t even be an issue.
A couple of friendly asks for anyone new moving in—if you use the gym, put the equipment back where you found it (being lazy in the gym is wild), and maybe don’t smoke under your smoke detector because that thing is LOUD. Haha.
Other than that, this place is pure heaven. I genuinely love living here and can’t recommend it enough. Huge thanks to Ebony, Leslie, Carla, and Jose for making this such an incredible place to call home. Whoever’s reading this—I hope you have an amazing, happy life! 💞

From the moment we visited this apartment tower, Leslie's service made all the difference. Her kindness, energy, and enthusiasm made us feel welcome, secure, and excited about this new chapter in Las Vegas. She provided an incredible experience, filling us with confidence and motivation—almost as if the city itself was welcoming us with open arms.
Now that we live here, I can say that I absolutely love it! It’s a calm, quiet, and super friendly place to live, and the amenities are 10/10. Truly a fantastic place to call home. Thank you, Leslie and the team for making this process so special!

Going on my 3rd lease here. This place is close to perfection. Location, ambiance and tenant services are all amazing. It's equipped with a Modern gym and pool/grill area with an entertainment rooftop that shows incredible views of the strip and The Sphere. Hard to find a better value in this area with these amenities. Add to that, great dining venues in walking distance.
We’ve had a great experience from the very beginning…from our first tour to now, living in our apartment. Ebony has been amazing throughout the whole process. We had tons of questions, and she always helped us with everything. When we had an internet issue, she guided us through it all. We really appreciate how kind and caring she is.
The apartment was handed over in great condition and thoroughly cleaned, so thanks for that too. And the amenities and views? Incredible. You’re right in the heart of the city, with the Sphere nearby and almost everything within walking distance.
Overall, we’re loving our experience so far and hope to keep enjoying our stay here!

First off I would like to mention the beautiful people that work for this establishment. Mr Jose Karla, and Leslie up front are the most helpful caring people that I have met in any property management in Las Vegas. I have been here almost ten years and have had the pleasure of dealing with leasing offices for 4 years. I thought I was dreaming when these three individuals were helping me with the property but I then started to see people living here walking with smiles and grace all over. Was able to encounter two individuals that were inquiring about property with Leslie. When I came back they were leaving and the wife was telling the husband how excited she was of this place and how she could even see herself being friends with Leslie. I wasn’t dreaming . These people truly care for their tenants and even people that might never choose to live here.

As soon as I walked into the place I was welcomed by Leslie Donovan. She made feel at home already, she was warm. I loved the place but also knowing she would be the person helping me through a move was comforting. Moving is stressful and I had a lot of questions which she was happy to answer. Made the moving process as painless as possible. I am very happy with my experience and very impressed with my new home.
The location is great, the buildings are basically brand new. Very nice amenities. Overall it seems like a great place at a good location. But even better than all that was the leasing agent, Ms. Leslie Donavan went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed on anything and everything about the apartments. She is a true professional, I would recommend her to anyone. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient!!!
