These apartments and the neighborhood are some of the best kept secrets in NYC. I do not feel like I live the "stressful NYC" lifestyle because of the Seaport's friendly vibe - there are so many small dogs, families, active people enjoying their lives here. It is also abnormally clean for NYC, quiet and safe at night with very little if any honking. We absolutely love it and would recommend moving here!!!
