I recently toured these apartments and was very pleased with the experience I had while there! I felt very welcomed by the management team and wanted to give a special thanks to the manager, Karen, who put up with all of the questions I had about the units and general facilities. The units are very well maintained and spacious, and the building looks like it was somewhat recently renovated. My cat and I are both welcome, which is a very huge plus! The only issue I had with the complex was that the parking area was a bit more narrow than I was expecting, but it probably is something that just needs a bit of adjusting to! I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for housing in the area to consider the 5800!

We have been here since 2021, it’s a great place to live, our unit was newly renovated and spacious, management team are awesome, starting with the office people, Karina, Karen and Shereen, made everything easier for us during the application and anytime we needed something, they provided it immediately with no questions asked. It’s a nice complex with green lawns, gym , pool and jacuzzi.It’s safe to walk our dog around. Delfina, site staff is so friendly and courteous and very diligent on her work. Hector, the maintenance guy, is prompt with the service and finishes everything on time. From the office personnel, maintenance and site staff, their professionalism, expertise and work ethic, very friendly and we do appreciate them especially our dog, Beefcake. Thank you!
