The kitchen has a refrigerator, a gas stove, and ample cabinets. The bedroom is located off the living room and has a large closet. The new bathroom is fully tiled with a tub/shower. The apartment is a block from Clark Park, in addition to being in close proximity of the surrounding universities. Public transportation is easily accessible, with trolleys and bus routes running along Chester Ave to reach the various areas of Philadelphia. This unit has tenant controlled electric wall units for heating and cooling. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet. There is a $25 per month charge for water/sewer.
