Honestly I am not much of a reviewer good or bad, but after living here for a little under a year now, this place deserves a good review. The leasing office is friendly and always around. Maintenance is always attentive and lets you know what they did to solve the issue. It’s a safe community. The amenities are great. The application and lease signing process was easy and stress free. I also think the price is right for what you get. It is run exactly how you’d want an apartment complex ran, so thanks to everyone who helps run it!

Jasmin gave my daughter and I a tour yesterday. She was excellent an excellent tour guide and you could tell she loves working and living here. She was very excited about everything the Retreat has to offer. My daughter can’t wait to move in. Very nice apartments and complex. Quiet, clean and friendly.

Hailee and her staff are by far the best I have ever had the luxury to work with when it comes to property management. Her and her team were always extremely nice to me, polite and respectful no matter the situation. Even at my lowest, Hailee treated me with the upmost respect and often was the nicest person through out my business-day that I had a chance to talk to. I had a one year lease at the Retreat that had to end due to work and the many lemons life throws in your face, and through it all, Hailee and her team were kind, courteous and went well above and beyond to help me out any way they could. I was constantly traveling for business and personal issues which lead to various issues and not once were they anything but respectful. With my lease cut short, Hailee kept in constant communication with me on the state of things and never once did I feel like I was in the dark. I can't express enough how I have never had property management like this despite the numerous luxury apartments I have rented through out my professional career. The complex was always kept extremely clean, they maintain the grounds very well and it's just a beautiful place to live. The complex is always very quiet, the neighbors are welcoming and the only time I ever saw a police officer was when they did their rounds through the complex. I honestly enjoyed going for walks at night because of just how well kept the complex was, the soft amber street lights and for the fact that it was so quiet; really nothing better. The maintenance staff is awesome and were punctual with repairs. Their work was always fast and fantastic, I never had to have them come back for the same issue. Often times they would do things like replace the water filter while they were there fixing something else and little things like that show they care. If you're thinking of moving here, it's worth every dollar and at some point I'd love to come back. If life had not directed me out of the state, I would still be renting from them, I had no plan to leave. If my comments about the management and the community aren't reasons for one to move here, then the view and location will, which can only be explained by going to check it out yourself.
