Five stars definitely. Maintenance always responds with a sense of urgency and that is very comforting. The refrigerator is running but it has to run on coldest temperature. Upon investigating the flow from the freezer to the fridge it seems like it's frosting over again. I'm just reluctant to go to the store to buy refrigerated perishables right now. I cannot afford to lose $100 in groceries every time this thing quits working. I will most likely be purchasing a small fridge of my own to keep my refrigerated perishables in

Just moved in to Highland Way and have been really impressed with the service and quick response from both the leasing team, and the super helpful maintenance team! We had a few issues upon move-in that were fixed within a week. The leasing team provided great assistance throughout the process, and answered all the questions we had. There is a lot of parking, and a nice view from our apartment. Though the laundry facilities might leave a bit to be desired, we are happy to call Highland Way our home!
