The Centurion River Park building has a luxury hotel aesthetic, finishes, inviting common spaces, and relaxing outdoor amenities. I've personally never had a better experience than working with Dan. Dan was incredibly patient, trustworthy, and gave his time and attention to every last question I had. Andrew and the entire Centurion/Landmark team are also incredibly responsive and truly care for the property.

The new Centurion is phenomenal. The hallways give me a hotel vibe every time. There’s plenty of natural sun light that comes through the apartments. The coffee downstairs taste great. One of my favorite selling points from Dan when we toured was the fact that we can control the the temperature of each room separately. Dan and Andrew reply quickly To messages and any issue is resolved within 24 hours.
