I recommend this apartments. They are quiet, and affordable. I enjoy my stay here. Come to the office and ask for Clarissa, she is the best person to help you with all the paperwork you need to apply here. Everyone is so friendly here.

After a meticulous search to find a home, my husband and I moved to Topaz in October. We will Extending the contract 80 percent 👍 .The environment here is very peaceful, and the management team is capable. They do a good job with cleaning,maintenance,and pest control. The pool and seating area are nice, and there is excellent access to grocery stores, Marshalls, and Ross. Although we spent a lot of time and effort finding a home, this complex has met 70% of our expectations. If, as a New Year's gift 💌you could add a yoga matt ,barbell, and Stack home gym (you can buy it from Sam’s club☺️)to the fitness center, Topaz would become our dream residence😍
