This place is awesome. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They are always available when needed and respond quickly to get things done. The property itself is amazing. It is very clean and well kept with great views of the river. It is right on the Elizabeth River Trail which is great for running or walking your dog. I highly recommend looking here if you want a great place to live!

My time at The Lofts at Front Street has been fantastic. The private balcony in my two-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful water view that I love. The amenities, like the well-equipped fitness center and rooftop lounge, are top-notch and have become integral to my daily routine. The management team is always helpful, making living here a breeze. The nearby attractions and dining spots add great convenience to the location. If you're looking for a comfortable and stylish living space, I highly recommend The Lofts at Front Street.

I recently moved into The Lofts at Front Street and I wanted to share my experience so far. Location: 5/5 The complex is conveniently situated near the Downtown Norfolk area making it super easy to get to events being held downtown without the hassle of paying for parking. Plenty of restaurants to choose from whether you want to dine in, pick up, or go for delivery. It's a great area for commuting, with quick access to the highway and local bus routes/ the Tide. Amenities: 4.5/5 The amenities here are impressive. The pool area is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing on sunny days with beautiful views of the Elizabeth River. The fitness center is equipped with modern machines and free weights, making it easy to keep up with workouts. Additionally, there are communal spaces like a lounge and a BBQ area that are great for social gatherings. My favorite however is the Rooftop Lounge area, perfect views of the sun setting over the Elizabeth River, while also having the views of the downtown high rise buildings in the background it’s truly a sight to see. Staff: 5/5 The management team is one of the highlights of living here. They are friendly, approachable, and quick to address any maintenance requests. I've had a couple of minor issues since moving in, and they were resolved within a day. Apartment Quality: 4/5 My unit is spacious and well-laid out, with modern appliances and plenty of storage. The finishes are nice, though I did notice some minor wear in the common areas. Overall, the apartment feels comfortable and inviting. Noise Levels: 4/5 While I’ve experienced some noise from neighbors occasionally, it’s not excessive and doesn’t disturb my daily routine. The sound insulation seems decent for an apartment complex. Community: 4.5/5 There’s a friendly atmosphere here, with many residents participating in community events organized by the management. It’s easy to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. Overall Experience: 4.5/5 I’m very happy with my decision to move to The Lofts at Front Street . It offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and community. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in the area!
