My major problem here is lack of communication. They hardly ever communicate about when they are turning off the water to work on things. We went over a week without hot water with minimal communication and still have constant hot water issues. Also - multiple laundry machines have been broken for months. We are on the second floor so haven’t had the same issues as those on the ground floor. But we also noticed our heat didn’t work during the winter and had to have somebody come out to have someone look at the unit. It wasn’t even turned on to the unit and the repair man said it would be hazardous to turn it on, the entire thing needs replaced. Just super frustrating - and they don’t seem to care at all. It’s “lower” rent but no a/c, no dishwasher, typically one assigned parking spot and the street parking is tough as there are multiple apartment buildings along the street.
