I've been here a few years now: it's great building & living space. I recommend convertible furniture (sofa bed, futon), to utilize more floor space! And get shelves!! The kitchenette comes with small fridge+microwave, but I also have a toaster oven + a hot plate. I've shared photos of my space, and common areas of building. And I've NEVER had any roaches EVER!! But as you can see, I keep it very clean :) And Eberly Company keeps it clean as well.
