The amenities are Amazing and the location is “everything” you want…shopping, dining and even emergency care is all in a one-mile radius. You simply cannot ask for anything more.

This is the best complex in all of Buckhead. From the countless community parties to the 24hr gym, sauna, and steam room. Not only do they make this place a home but the staff is truly welcoming at all times. We truly love living here and all of the monthly resident events that they provide <3

One of the coolest places I’ve lived in. Has all the amenities I could have imagined and an amazing vibe, that I didn’t need to step out much or get additional memberships to have a good time.
Very secure as well, needing a key fob to access every few meters. And the staff were friendly too. Overall, there’s something to love for everyone here and the rent for this place is justified.
I did deal with some uncultured neighbors like ones that would drain their dog’s pee onto the balcony of their downstairs neighbor and ones that would get intoxicated beyond their capacity and yell at the top of their lungs from their balcony at the middle of the night. Guess no amount of money can buy common sense for some folks and you may find them anywhere.

Loved living here stayed for 2years. All the staff and amenities were great. We truly hated to leave. Great upkeep of the building and location of course. If we didn’t need another bedroom we would still live here. Nice to have the trail next door and the team enforces the rules so if you prefer a place very well maintained this is it.

This apartment complex is second to none! The location, cleanliness, amenities, the security and the STAFF are top tier. From the moment my daughter and I walked, in our leasing consultant Shayla greeted us with a huge smile, and made us feel so welcomed. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. She was ALWAYS available to answer all my questions ( I had a lot) and addressed any concerns I had. The Modera is so blessed to have her as a part of their team. We moved in this week and everything is perfect thus far. No regrets on choosing this location.
