The value I'm paying for has been great and more importantly fair relative to it's location. This was the first time moving out on my own and Ezra was a big help answering and directing any questions I had. I moved in Febuary 2024 and the location is fantastic. Close to anything you need and a beautiful view especially in a studio like mine. Personal favorite is the gym which has a significant amount of machines and free weights (even a barbell rack!) compared to other apartment gyms I've toured. I've required maintanace to fix minor AC issues in the past and it was resolved within a few hours which was great. The building, staff and residents are all very pet friendly. I once saw that my dog knocked over a plate while I was at work and maintanace was even willing to clean up the glass to protect my dog after I messaged them! If there's *any* complaints I would have, I would be mindful that choosing a building near lakeshore drive can end up having a few loud midnight drivers when trying to sleep (if you have infants or reactive pets) but that's not really something anyone in the building can control. All in all, I have really enjoyed my time so far at Cityfront Place and hope that the value of rent stays fair and relative to how it is currently!

Cityfront place is the best apartment community I have ever lived in! The location is unbeatable with incredible views of the city, Chicago River, and Lake Michigan! The staff are beyond polite, hard working, and keep the entire place absolutely immaculate. I feel like the staff really take pride in keeping Cityfront beautiful. The 8th floor is truly a paradise in the middle of the city, and the pool is warm and relaxing. What more can I say except that I love this place!
