We lived here for 2 years from 2022 to 2024, moved out because my partner had to start school in another city. The whole time we were there, management was always just a text away and they were very responsive whenever we needed anything. Portal was easy to navigate for due rent and maintenance requests. Overall we are very happy living here, we were one of the first people so building and units were very new and in good condition. My move out experience with them has also been positive - we had a lot of communication regarding move out date and deposit refund, some of my packages were delivered there after I moved out and management helped me retrieve them with ease. We never feel disrespected or unhappy with management since they always try to find solutions to keep all tenants happy.
