Lindenbrooke Apartments are by far the best apartments in the South Park/Bethel Park area. The management staff of Estevan and Elliot are very responsive and they could not be any nicer. Kristina is awesome and so fun to talk to! Your maintenance work orders will be addressed right away and that makes living here so amazing compare to other management companies in this area.

1/5/2021: I've had a great experience working with Bryant in finding my new home. He addressed many of my concerns with honesty and found out additional information for me very quickly. I really appreciate that. I am looking forward to moving here in the spring! I plan to update this review with additional information and comments after moving in. 1/22/2022: While everyone's experience will be different, my experience living at Lindenbrooke Apartments was pleasant and enjoyable. Prior to moving in March, 2021, I contacted Bryant about moving my lease start date ahead by one day and he was able to make it happen very quickly, which I was very appreciative of. Personally, I never had any major maintenance issues besides a very slowly draining kitchen sink upon move-in. I did submit a maintenance request and I think the first time around all that was done was removed the sink drain cover. After a few more weeks, I resubmitted my request and the maintenance staff addressed my issue. My unit was located directly next to the pool, which was very convenient. An issue that other residents had to deal with in regards to the pool was that the pool house was closed for the entirety of the 2021 pool season. I feel like that should have been an issue that was addressed and taken care of in advance. Thankfully, I was a short walk away from my own unit, but others were not. Some days there were staffing issues when it came to the pool, but that's not necessarily something that Lindenbrooke can 100% control besides hiring more attendants. My apartment was newly renovated upon move-in and I was very impressed with the new carpeting, cabinets, paint, etc. One thing that I did not like; however, was that my apartment still contained some smoke smell from the previous resident. Eventually, I got used to it, but guests that I had over noticed the smell. The complex is quiet and peaceful. There is quick and easy access to the Montour Trail. I've had nothing but good experiences with the leasing and office staff. There are minor maintenance and upkeep considerations that I think the staff should become more aware of and take care of, but other than that it has been a great place to live.
