Overall experience has been positive. Like the apartment, like the floor plan, appliances work, outlets and lights work, and I have no real issues with cleanliness. Only issue is that my apartment never gets cold. The radiators are always generating heat and my thermostat has never been turned on since I moved in. I assume it's my down stairs neighbors blasting their heat and it's traveling up since I'm on the top floor. It's been ok most of the time but I've had windows open on negative degree nights just to even out the heat. Other than that I wish we had a second washer and dryer because only having one of each at times had made doing laundry challenging especially when other tenants forget leave their stuff in for a day or two. Would like to renew my lease and continue living at Maggie Manor Too, only requirement to staying is my rent staying at a reasonable rate because right now I'm sitting really good after all my rent and bills are paid.
