Best apartment I’ve ever had. Quiet, clean, secure, cozy, modern, overlooking tranquil nature preserve. Huge new apartment windows, beautiful new siding and balconies on all buildings, meticulously maintained swimming pool, accommodating clubhouse with secure electronic mailbox system, conference room, party room, 24 hour workout room, at no additional charge to the resident! I used pool and party room a many times, it was wonderful! Respectful neighbors, gorgeous grounds, tons of parking, exceptional communication from the office. The most professional and talented management team and maintenance engineers I’ve ever experienced. Loved this place. First class and 5 star.

Property is fantastic, love the wood burning fireplaces! Staff are all super great, especially Dom who is one of the nicest, most polite, and hardest working people that I have ever met! Keep it up, brother!

I have lived at the Regency Woods Apartments a very long time now, almost 17 years. In that time I have seen several different managements to Regency Woods, and I have been happy with all of them. I am glad that Bigos Management came along because so many things in our apartment buildings have been upgraded and improved. One of the things that was done to our complex was a very major one- a total reconstruction of the roads and parking lots. Such a difference that has made to have a very smooth lot and roads now, totally repaved and reconstructed. Bigos Management also brought brand new windows and sliding glass door to our buildings that insulate our apartments so nicely. They also further renovated the roofs to our buildings and also brought new bright lighting to our underground garages. They made a dog park in our complex and have done so many other thing to help make our community into what it is today. They also have had social events for us, food trucks, and fitness classes. The grounds are kept immaculate. The staff at Regency Woods is wonderful. We have an excellent manager, Andrew, who communicates with us so well, to let us know everything that is being done here and when it will be done. He along with his Co Manager Emily work so well to make Regency Woods a great place to call "Home," and both are so kind to us residents, as are Ashley and Courtney, and the maintenance crew. Everyone of the staff here is very welcoming and makes living here so pleasant. If we have a concern in our apartments or need a repair done, it is always done politely, efficiently, and quickly. I certainly do recommend the Regency Woods as the place to call your home. Here is an update to my review dated October 6, 2024 I have lived at the Regency Woods Apartment complex for many years now and have always loved living here. We have a new manager now, JJ, and he is doing a wonderful job, making sure that we residents are very happy, that we really love having Regency Woods be our home, and I surely do! He had food trucks coming to us throughout the summer, and this fall he had a caramel apple bar and will have a Halloween event, and continues to make improvements to our landscape and apartments and has kept us all informed of everything by emailing us. Emily is his co-apartment manager, and as always, she does a wonderful job. We have a new leasing assistant, Ann, and she is so pleasant and considerate and she works so well with very kind Ashley who has been here a long time now. As always, our maintenance staff does a super job in keeping our apartments in great shape and they are always so pleasant to work with. I surely do recommend living here at Regency Woods and calling it your home!
