Thanks for checking out Arendal Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed community located in Poulsbo, WA. Arendal is conveniently located in Poulsbo’s historic district which offers an abundance of dining and shopping opportunities. Our 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units are a great value featuring full size washer and dryer, 9 ft. ceilings, stainless steel appliances, patio, private storage room, plank flooring, and quartz counters. Our community features covered parking, landscaped grounds, clubhouse with fitness center, media room, package lockers, covered patio with BBQ’s, playground, and a dog park.

Best apartment with amazing management. The apartment is beautiful and new and has such a practical layout with lots of kitchen and bathroom storage. The management company is fantastic. Our garage disposal wasn't working, and 2 hours after we sent an email, it was fixed. They are very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Every Saturday, they have a brunch spread with amazing baked goods, bagel sandwiches, and other fresh food and fruit from local bakeries. They are always putting on little events where they are feeding us plentiful food. The best apartment complex I have ever lived in by far.

I have been living at Arendal for over 2 years and love the apartment, staff, grounds, amenities, and location (you are just minutes away from Historic Poulsbo). Amber is everything you could wish for as a property manager, she is responsive, personable, and dedicated. She genuinely cares about tenants and will go above and beyond to make them feel at ease when moving in. Donna, the assistant property manager, is also excellent. She is very detail oriented and hardworking. (If you ever wonder why the hallways are sparkling clean, it is because Donna vacuums weekly and the carpets are cleaned monthly). Todd does an awesome job with grounds maintenance and takes care of maintenance requests right away. As a whole the Arendal Staff does a wonderful job. The apartments themselves have brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and amazing Whirlpool washers and dryers. I love how the apartments are mainly laminate flooring and only the bedrooms are carpet, it makes for easy cleaning. The walls are thickly insulated, and I have never heard my neighbor next door, it feels like I am living in a single residence home. Arendal is a dog-friendly community, there is a dog yard and sidewalks. It is a great location to walk to Fish Park or Historic Poulsbo. There is a spacious club room including a kitchen, TV, and fireplace available by reservation. The only things I wish for improvements on would be the gym equipment, dog yard, and parking. It would be great to have a rowing machine and get rid of the elliptical or bike. In addition, gym goers would appreciate a squat rack and a rig for pull ups. There are not too many options for gyms in this area and even a couple small improvements would make a difference. Also the dog park gets very muddy and wet in the Fall-Winter Months. If the whole yard was covered with woods chips or even partially, it would get more use. With the parking, there are a lot of covered spots and not many regular parking spots near buildings 1 and 2, so you either park far away, take a compact spot, or pay for covered/garage parking. The garage fee is high at $150/month. I love living at Arendal, it feels like a home. One of the best decisions you can make is signing a lease to live here.
