PLEASE READ THIS. I lived in wildcat canyon village back in 2018 and honestly the living conditions were fine, especially for the cost. The only issue I had was with the previous management attempting to bill me rent I already paid. This dispute went on for years until the new management took over. Rafael Estrella is amazing. He took the time to sort out a problem that was not even his. He personally called the debt collector and gave me the ability to start off my adult life with a clean slate. He picked up God knows how many calls from me while I was trying to figure this situation out and was always incredibly patient and kind. If you are considering Wildcat Canyon Village and have read anything bad about the previous management, please understand that is not Rafael Estrella. Faith in humanity restored.

I lived at several apartments before moving to Wildcat Canyon Village - WCV; it's been four months, and my experience is good enough to continue to live here. The first thing you will look for is the facilities you are getting here; WCV has a great location, such as it takes about an 8 to 15 minutes of walk to reach the UofA main campus. I don't have a car, which is very handy for me because within 1-3 miles, you will get almost everything you need. The amenities in the apartment are sufficient, as they provide most of the necessary equipment for new movers. If you are looking for a place to live, this isn't just a great apartment for your short period, but an excellent, caring, attentive staff will meet your expectations. Sometimes it might take some extra time (weeks) to get your apartment fixed if you face any trouble (unless it is too severe). If you are okay with the adjustment, it's wonderful. So far, I have experienced some issues with water leakage, window fixing, and so on, and the property manager took care of it promptly. "Note that sometimes it takes time to get the approval from the property management company and it takes time, so I made up my mind by adjusting to this type of situation as it doesn't always happen." On top of that, you get free parking facilities, electricity, and water service, and their apartment is very reasonable. All you need to do is adjust and make yourself comfortable living here nicely. The property manager Mr Rafael is a fantastic person; he is an amiable staff who will go above and beyond to ensure you are safe and satisfied and promptly resolve any of your concerns. "Something which will reduce your pressure and give you a relaxing living experience under good management.) So far, I am satisfied living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free short-term living place. I have to say one thing, here you might not look for something extravagant but something sufficient to make yourself livable and comfortable. WCV's staffs are amicable and sincere, so I am pretty sure you will receive all the necessary help that you might need. I hope you will enjoy living here, good luck!
