New residents while house is being built. Apartment being freestanding is a huge improvement over common wall apartments. There are some quirks but Jeremy (Apt. Mgr) has been quick to respond and resolve. Great location for what we needed. Neighbors seem pleasant and the property is clean. Would recommend.

House hunting in this market has been CRAZY! I was really in need of a win, like really at my peaks end with the mess. I just wanted to love my home.
