Roaches! Dirty People! Trash everywhere but it is only 400 maintenance people are nice the land lord won't let you get out of the lease so make sure your ok with roaches and garbage !!!!! Horrible

Make sure you sweep your room for hidden cameras, satan owns the building, it is hell bent and attracts people of the 7 deadly sins, there are demons here, there have been some very dark things done in this building, unless you are OK with constant paranoia and feeling like you are being watched and spied on 24 hours a day, go ahead and move right in.

This place is scary for a woman. My apt wasn't cleaned at all when I moved in. Massive stains on the carpet. No maintenance to speak of. Annoying & rude neighbors. Absentee landlords.

If your a woman looking for a place don’t stay here. I lived here for a year about 7 years ago while attending college and I remember I had some weird creepy occurrences some male knowing on my door in the middle of the night asking for a crew driver. Not a good place for a woman or anyone really.

This is one of the worst places to live in St. cloud. To be honest this place is full of guetto old creeps, not to sound mean but I am writting based on my experience. The inside smells like smoke and even the halls, specially the second floor. It is overpriced, the rooms are very small and it gets extremly hot durring the summer, they do not have AC. There are hiden fees by the time you want to move out and the management only wants your money thats all they care about. Only a few students living there, also cars have been stolen from the parking lot! and it is just not very safe at all, you just don't get that feeling of being safe there. Overall not the best place to stay.
