Lived here since October and don't have anything negative to say! I moved into a newly renovated unit, there have been a few issues over the months, maintenance has always gotten to them quickly. They've even had outside company's come in to fix an issue. They have been short staffed with maintenence but have always been great about coming out to get things done. They're always very nice as well! I'd also like to be completely transparent here in saying I was behind on rent a couple of months ago and called the office panicking because I received an eviction walk through letter on the door. The gentleman who answered the phone quickly helped me through my frustration and reassured me it would be okay. Miss Dominique (the property manager) gave me a call back reassuring me she completely understands and told me all the next steps I could take to get back on track. She genuinely cares for her tenants. Communication goes a long way! She even asks about my child every time I call or she sees me. (I was pregnant when I moved in) This complex has a bad reputation from the past management but I think it's a good start up place to live. Also love my neighbors! Not a single person walks by without a friendly smile or a nice "how are you". It's not a 5 star condo of course, but it's an affordable apartment, with friendly management, and friendly neighbors. I definitely recommend it.

Visited this property In search of a 2 bedroom apartment. The grounds were very clean and the operating gate to keep out crime is a plus for me. I was greeted promptly and professionally by office personnel Queen and Domonique, who advised of the online application process. The floor plans and annuities are great for me. Can’t wait to move into my new residence!!!!
