One of the best apartment complex in San Marcos. I lived there eight months and it was a great experience. Pros: Great location. Close to txst and Walmart. A+ maintenance Clean apartment Enough parking spot Nice walking around Close to the bus stop Reasonable price Laundry Room is clean Cons: Pool area is really small and crowded all the time Highly recommended
