This is a great place to live if you're a grad student studying horrible customer service and poor property management. The only person, I felt, that ever had a clue what was going on was Jessica -- who mysteriously left like the Indianapolis Colts from Baltimore. Laurie(??) in particular is one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional individuals I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I can think of multiple times where she had made snarky and unnecessary comments towards me (and many others who live there). I think this place has forgotten that our rent pays their salaries. Everyone I know who has lived there has expressed the same concerns in terms of service from the property management staff since they switched owners. Don't let the location and granite counter tops fool you. Technicians (Chris and others) are great though. Totally friendly and go out of their way to help answer questions / be helpful. If it hadn't been for the poor service from the management staff, constant miscommunications and snarky remarks -- I may have considered resigning my lease.
