Twelve12 has a terrific leasing, maintenance, front desk, and property management team. Our move in was super easy, Jaennette Green and her team were super helpful, and the building overall is run in a very professional manner. It really feels like a community here. Jaennette and everyone at Twelve12 are present, available, helpful, and responsive. I recommend this building very much.

“Post Move-Out Update: Moving out 1212 was such a hard decision because of employee’s like Mario Clay! Unfortunately with a sudden change in employment, preparing to leave the country, and starting a new job, a few details slipped through my fingers! Reaching out to Mario to handle/assist with my affairs was such a blessing! The Yards Collection has a great Manager within Mario! Thank you again ❤️ Also, if you can avoid leaving 1212, please do lol” ————————————————————- Beautiful apartment homes in a convenient location. Demonte was not only professional, but personable. Looking forward to my new home! :)
