I don't know what is up with the other reviews, but I think this place is great. It isn't the Ritz or anything, but if you want that you can move to a fancy complex and pay $1200 a month for a closet. Reasonable rent and utilities, especially for the sizes of the apartments. Routine maintenance is a little slow, yes, but they are quick to respond to high priority requests. For other things you just have to be insistent and they usually respond in a few days. Good carpets and paint (often overlooked but important), heat and air work well, quiet neighborhood, good location, not bad at all. The only bad thing I could say is that the fridge that came with my apartment is a little small.
