Best Studio Apartments! Very good space with big back yard. Awesome management and maintenance. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Lived here for three years. Moved out last month for an in-unit washer/dryer. Overall this is a very good community. Pros: 1. Excellent for people that are looking for a quiet environment. Most units (90% maybe) are studios and is too small for big families. 2. Standard units are old but they remolded many units and those are nice and new. 3. Management is helpful and efficient. 4. Maintenance guy Marius is the best. If there is an issue, most likely he will get it fixed for you RIGHT AWAY. 5. Excellent location. Two minutes drive/walking distance to Safeway/Petco. Five minutes from Trader Joe’s. Ten minutes from Whole Foods. 6. Move out process was very smooth. We had most of our deposit back. The only fees were a standard deep cleaning fee of $150 and the final month utilities. We lived here for three years so they didn’t charge us a dollar for wall tint and carpet. 7. NEVER had a lost package (at least that’s the case for us). You need a code or your key to get into the buildings. 8. We LOVED the trees in the community. 9. There is elevator. Although it’s old. Cons: 1. Only one assigned parking spot for studios. If you have two cars you will have to park it at the guest parking or street parking and those are both limited. 2. No in-unit washer/dryer. But each building has a laundry room so you won’t have to walk far. 3. Walls are not thick so the noise level really depends on your luck if you got quiet next door/wall sharing neighbor. Two years ago we had a next door neighbor that loved to had parties after midnight during weekends. Once we had to call 911 at 3am. Luckily he moved out months later and since then we had normal noise level/considerate neighbors. I believe floors are thick tho because the only time I can hear the upstairs was that when they were trying to open coconuts lol. I didn’t even noticed that there is a upstairs neighbor after the coconut couple moved out roughly two years ago. I will recommend this place to young couples or individuals that want to stay on their budget for rents. For this price, I would say it is a very good community to live in.
