Recently had a water leak in the bathroom and submitted a work order to have it repaired. Saquan and Steve came the same day and was able to fix the problem. They are very reliable, dependable, professional and get things done in timely manner. Keep up the amazing work guy.

Randy was courteous, focused, and determined. He didn't rush the job and made sure it was completed correctly. It needed more than one set of hands and the team pulled through. Tenants sometimes blame maintenance for the conditions of the property, but they only fix what's available with the supplies available. Great job guys !

I Recently moved to this community and I love it already. I’m writing this review to give special shout-out to the maintenance supervisor Saquan. He is very friendly and professional. I had a few minor issues and he addressed all my issues and was very punctual and kept me updated on the process of all issues. He is superior and goes above and beyond…

Rarely have I put in a service request. But since the renovation began I have ask to have my bathroom light switch fixed. Que advised me that it was put in backwards & fixed it. He is always helpful & courteous! The ice maker in the new fridge has never worked! Yesterday, a new maintenance man came & found that it wasn’t installed correctly! He fixed it and today I have ice cubes. He deserves my respect and appreciation for a job that the renovation people should have done.

I had a maintenance issue with my AC not working. Of course it decided to shut off right when it began to get hot but SaQuan (maintenance) came and fixed me up. Had my AC back up and working in what seemed like less than 30 minutes. Truly appreciate having a maintenance team that is truly dedicated to their job! Thanks SaQuan!!

They've hit their stride with the maintenance requests! We called about our a/c not working at around 5pm on a Friday, on a holiday weekend, nonetheless. Randy was here within a half-hour, and he found the problem (frozen access pipe) and got us a window unit to keep us cool while it was thawing. Can't thank him enough for coming out so late and getting it sorted so fast!

On Monday my air conditiiner stop working so I submitted a work order. Saquan came the very same day after hours, as this deemed an emergency situation by the complex. He put in a window unit to get me throught the night. The very next, he came back without me having to call the office for an update. He was then able to fix the unit and I then had air again. He was very professional and also friendly and informative about what caused the air conditioner to go out. He is truly an asset to this apartment complex!
