I'm very happy this was my first apartment. I lived here for 2 years. The office staff and maintenance are super responsive and great. Moving out is super easy and they don't nickle and dime you. It's mostly grad students/young professionals/older people. The Chapel Hill Tennis Club and neighborhoods nearby are quiet and very, very safe. About a 5 minute drive to the Southern Village Park and Ride and 2 minutes from the Jones Ferry Park and Ride (the best options IMO because you never have a full bus and more bus options to choose from). The complex itself is very clean/well maintained and there's plenty of parking.

to all that have had negative things to say- yes, it was not the best transition from one management to another, but that is not the fault of the current management. They have been nothing but helpful, responsive, and caring. Dillon has been very patient and understanding with any questions i’ve had and patrick, the maintenance man, is very helpful and kind. the apartments are clean, spacious for what they are, and the renovated ones are absolutely fantastic. There is always parking and I truly have never felt safer in an apartment complex. I can sleep with the window open at night and I have. The water is always hot, the AC has always turned on for me, and patrick has come to my assistance in dire situations. I really do feel cared about in the eyes of the management. I am truly glad Dillon has taken charge of the complex. He has a lot to take on after the previous, neglectful owners so please note these issues mentioned here are currently being eradicated and were left over from previous management. That is at least how i feel and what i have noticed for living here for a year.
