When we came to Preston Park Apartments the greatest part of our decision to be here was their mantra - "A Clean, quiet place to live". with very few exceptions they have lived up to that promise and we've been very happy. No cluttered patios or junk cars; no weekend hangout parties in the parking lots. Instead, we have friendly neighbors, a very nice place to swim and gather near the pool, a wonderful grassy area to walk on, play ball and let the kids run. The money you pay in rent is spent on improvements and repairs are done well and immediately every time. The staff really does their best to resolve your issue fast and completely. If you're looking for a great place to live, this should be at the top of your list!

i have lived here since October 2015. Its quiet and I enjoy coming home. The management staff has always been very nice. Anytime I have put in a maintenance request it has been answered in a timely manner. i am glad I chose to make Preston Park Apartments my home
