I give 5 stars to new management. Since they came to this apartments, it turned to much better. Maintenance do their job perfect and immediately after you ask for help. The agents in leasing office are very helpful and friendly. In unexpected situation they treat their residents with maximal care (for instance, when water accidentally was turned off due to some unpredictable problem with pipe, they provided us with bottled water and food). Also, apartments are under great repairing program. More over, I can say, you can be sure that you will not be cheated.Thanks for Johnathan, Jemmie and Laura

Took a tour of the community and the service was by far the best I am experienced in the area. Jonathan showed me around the community and it looks like the maintenance staff did really good on the updates inside. Not to mention he was able to give me a lot of recommendations on the area for food and night life outside of just the strip. Recommend at least taking the time to look at the community.
