I moved into this complex in 2013 and moved out in 2017 and loved it. I was in a one bedroom loft unit when I first moved in and moved to a 2 bed/2 bath unit in 2015. For the entirety of my time at this complex, I never had any issues that weren’t quickly and professionally addressed by Nathalie and Mr. Mike. Those issues were minor, standard for any apartment complex, issues as well (disposal acting up, leaky faucet, etc.) but they were always handled promptly. I also appreciated the gratis rug cleaning that was offered every year I renewed. The gym, pool, and hot tub were always clean and, if they ever needed routine maintenance, notices were posted and emailed so I was always prepared ahead of time. The only downside is that ugly tile mural at the entrance. But even that is probably on the way out. When I first moved in, there were outdated fountains and within my time there they were updated and improved to be more stylish and efficient. The construction, however brief, would be a minor inconvenience at the time but it was nice knowing that the management cared enough about the complex and the residents to keep making improvements. I love how much parking there is too. I had a designated spot in the garage but when I had guests, they could always find parking easily; even on weekend nights. I loved living at this complex. I eventually moved because it no longer fit my needs but I’m very glad that I chose this complex for so many years. And since I’ve read some of the other reviews: I never once saw a rat or roach in the complex. The park (being a park) would have a variety of critters (from crickets to rats and coyotes) but I never saw a rat or roach in the complex, let alone my apartment.

We’ve absolutely loved living in this apartment for over a year. The amenities are fantastic, with a well-maintained pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a great BBQ area that’s perfect for weekend gatherings. The community is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.
