My wife and I searched around the area and after seeing these apartments we stopped looking. The parking garage is excellent, the facilities are kept in good shape and the office & maintenance staff are all great. We are very happy with our decision to call this place home. We love the extra tall ceilings and the fact that these walls are seriously thick. We only wish that the dog run area was grass or turf. Otherwise we have no complaints and have enjoyed living here a lot. P.S. - The view is amazing...

Bjorn was a great host in showing me the property. This place is amazing. If your looking for a place to live this is definitely the location to be. The sights of the Vegas strip are amazing. The infinity hot pool is amazing and the pools are great. Nothing in Vegas beats this location. The fitness center overseas all of Las Vegas, what's better than watching Vegas sights while working out.

She showed me a lovely apartment, totally luxurious. I liked it so much that I'm going to rent a similar one from Vantage Lofts.
I also loved the fact that there were 2 pools, an indoor and an outdoor one, a great garage, a very well-equipped gym, and several modern common areas.
This is 5 months later. What a terrific apartment complex. There are not only 2 pools but also a very large spa, almost the size of the pool. All the Employees I've had contact with were friendly and courteous. Need something repaired? Post it on their web site and you'll most likely get a response the same day.
The best thing about my apartment is the view. I see the strip morning noon and night, including the sphere. In the daytime, mount Charleston is visible as well as a good part of the same range. I also love that there are 2 parking spaces available, in case a friend comes to visit.
I should mention the modern shower room. It's the size of a small bedroom.
Real luxury in this place. AND the rents are reasonable, provided you lease for a year or so.
