The current Google reviews do not do this complex justice AT ALL. I've lived here for 7 months, and it has been an incredible stay. Salina might be the best property manager I'll ever find because she looks out for residents without letting herself get pushed around. When some kids shattered my window, the after-hours response was extremely fast to board up my window (as well as to replace it). Don't think these things happen often because they don't. I just got unlucky. As far as the area goes, if you're blaming this complex for being in a bad area, you clearly don't have realistic expectations. You simply can't find this kind of deal in a better area, which is why I moved here. The rent is low, utilities are free, and you get free Wi-Fi. If you keep an eye out and stick to the parking lots instead of walking directly in front of businesses, you should be fine. I got harassed once, but was otherwise okay. That was my experience with the lot containing Goodwill, which I recommend avoiding. However, the apartment complex itself is safe. I also consistently take walks around the immediate area to the right of the complex, and I've never had a problem.

We rent here presently, a nice 1 bedroom apartment. A fair price for everything included, attentive staff, maintenance persons. We highly recommend if you are looking for a home.
