My husband and I spent the last 3 years living here and are sad to move in a few days! The lofts have been great to us. Jackie the manager is a pleasure to work with, very kind and personable. Their maintenance staff is always on site to assist with any issues and Fernando is super friendly as well. If you are good tenants then they will be good to you!!

Sydney was great! I visited multiple Essex locations throughout Ventura county and she was very helpful with information and allowing us to see the units. My process was very smooth and quick!
