All pets must be current on vaccinations with documentation provided. Pet information and a photo of the pet must be provided at the time of application. There is a Pet Fee of $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets, this must be paid before move-in or at the time the pet is acquired. The Pet Fee is non-refundable and is not considered a deposit for which pet damages can be deducted from. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per month per pet will be charged for each pet that resides in the apartment. Furthermore, the following breeds of dogs are prohibited at our communities: Akitas Doberman Pinschers Pit Bull Terriers Staffordshire Terriers Alaskan Malamutes German Shepherds Presa Canarios Wolf-hybrids Cane Corsos Great Danes Rottweilers Chows Chows Mastiffs Siberian Huskies We look forward to welcoming you and your furry companion to our community!
