I have absolutely loved living in this apartment. The management team here (Samantha & Carrie) is fantastic—responsive, friendly, and always on top of any concerns. The building itself is impeccably maintained, and it's always clean and tidy. One of the best parts about living here is how peaceful it is; you can barely hear any noise from the neighbors, making it a great place to relax and unwind. On top of all that, the price for what you get is unbeatable. It's rare to find such a well-managed, clean, and quiet building at such an affordable rate. The only reason I'm moving is because of the surrounding area (uptown), which doesn't quite suit my needs anymore. If you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend checking this one out. It's been a wonderful home for me!

I love this place!!!! I been living here for over 2 years and it’s the best!!! Very clean and safe! Carrie and Sam are the best at what they do! They are always one call or email away and I appreciate that!!! They make sure things are always right and I love that about them!
