The Manager at this property harreses an target's elderly tenants. I can not believe the owner of this property allows This manager to interact the way she does with the Tenants. The god awful things I have seen an heard are unbelievable. I will be filling an offical complaint on behalf of the tenants. We have to stand together as a community an not allow our elderly to be treated this way. I'm beyond appalled.
