Adrienne, the management, and community are amazing! I moved to Nashville last year and was very excited to have been able to get an apartment at Pearl Flats. It’s conveniently located close to downtown and great food spots. Although there’s street parking, I’d say pay for a parking pass because it’s added security for your vehicle/belongings and there’s security that patrols the lot. The facilities are great and well-maintained too (gym, meeting/office area, and pool). Overall, it’s been a pleasure to be a resident here!

Friendliest, most helpful and supportive staff you can find in Nashville! Calm, clean building with great amenities, and friendly neighbors. Location is fantastic and very close to everything including restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and more. Amber was way more than helpful and she created a flawless leasing experience! She was helpful, kind and responsive. I have enjoyed my time here at Pear Flats and thank you to all the staff for keeping a clean and safe environment! -Kayla E.
