I’m living here for three years now, it’s really nice place to live in. Of course, sometimes it’s noisy because of the constructions, but it doesn’t disturb too much. Management is great and employees from the front office are so attentive. Thank you all for your work.

I have been living in Courtland Towers for a month. At first I was very skeptical because of the reviews regarding construction noise. While there is construction, it goes on for a small amount of time and is very minimal. There is construction going on right above me and I have classes online and it has not been a bother. The front desk and leasing office have been extremely helpful with everything. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The grounds and facilities are kept in great shape. The amenities are insane at this complex and unbeatable in the area. The walk to the metro is less than 5 minutes and a very short distance to nightlife in Arlington. I have loved living here and so happy to join the community. I have nothing but wonderful and great things to say.
